Each piece begins with a naturally fallen log—carefully selected to showcase its unique grain, texture, and personality. Our artisans meticulously hand-carve, shape, polish, and color each piece, transforming it into a refined work of art.

How Our Wooden Pieces Are Made
Each piece of wooden furniture begins with a sketch—a small figure, a shape, or an idea that brings a smile, a sense of peace and beauty. Once the design is complete, we select a piece of natural linden or basswood and begin hand-carving, slowly shaping the figure, outlining the posture, and sanding the surface.
After carving, each piece undergoes meticulous hand sanding—first smoothing with coarse sandpaper, then highlighting the wood's natural grain with fine sandpaper. This time-consuming and labor-intensive step gives each piece a soft, comfortable feel.
Next comes the painting. We hand-mix the paints, applying them layer by layer to gradually create rich tones and depth. Details such as eyes, patterns, trinkets, and expressions are all depicted with fine brushes. Each piece is painted in a unique way.
Finally, each piece is fitted with a rope, chain, or hanging accessory, undergoes a careful quality check, and is then ready to be placed in its new home. Because each piece is handmade, subtle differences in the carving texture, wood grain, or tone are both natural and intentional. These differences are not flaws, but rather a hallmark of handmade rather than machine-made production.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard shipping is free for orders over $69. For orders under $69, standard shipping is $9.99. Expedited shipping is available for $19.99.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Standard shipping usually takes 7–12 business days, while expedited shipping usually takes 5–7 business days. Total delivery time is processing time plus shipping time.
Can I return or exchange my order?
We accept eligible returns within 30 days after delivery. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can review and approve your return request. We do not accept exchanges.
